Visual Weld and Heat Treatment:

Fast and easy-to-use welding and heat treatment simulation tool which covers all activities of the welding & heat treatment engineer.

Some new functionalities are:

  • New specific meshing capabilities to reduce the time needed.
  • To better support multi-pass welding, automatic control of the interpass temperature between each weld, ensuring better component integrity with a direct control of phase proportion and stresses.
  • Smart transfer of dedicated data from one simulation discipline to another, so that complete manufacturing processes can be simulated and used as input for performance.
  • New core technologies to support the treatment of very large models, and to minimize the output file size.

Visual Assembly:

New generation, easy-to-use assembly simulation for distortion control which:

  • Covers complete manufacturing chain starting from the stamped part to pre-positioning to holding/clamping and finally welding/joining. Inheriting details of the “as manufactured” components from the press shop, visual assembly simulates the entire assembly and welding process chain in the body shop; step by step.
  • Presents new developments for large welded assemblies with thick plates and multi-pass welds, which are common in the shipbuilding industry. Aimed at shop floor production, the software can deliver the optimization of a weld sequence plan thanks to a streamlined and intuitive interface, offering dedicated automatic meshing functionalities and easy model set-up.

You can simply download High Sierra ISO and install it with the new procedure. Here’s how to install High Sierra on VMware and VirtualBox. Follow the steps below to create a new virtual machine for macOS Mojave using the ISO file.
