  • Download the Windows Media Center files from here.
  • Unzip the downloaded folder, and find the _TestRights.cmd file.
  • Right click on the _TestRights.cmd file and Run as administrator — after that, wait for CMD do its thing.
  • Once that’s done and the CMD is empty, restart your device.
  • After that, find the Installer.cmd file and Run as administrator.
  • Once you see the Press any key to exit message, just close the CMD.
  • And you should now have Media Center installed on your Windows 10 PC!
